Reservations and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Full payment is required upon boarding unless otherwise specified. Please note that rates may fluctuate based on availability, season, and demand.

Check-in and Check-out

Boarding for the OasisMumbai Casino Train begins one hour before the scheduled departure time. Guests are required to check out by the arrival time at the final destination. Requests for late check-out or early disembarkation may be arranged based on availability and could incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

To avoid a one-night fare charge plus applicable fees, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure. No-shows or early disembarkations will also incur a one-night charge. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of the journey once the train has departed.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their behavior while aboard the OasisMumbai Casino Train. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive, illegal, or unethical behavior. Guests are liable for any damage or loss to train property caused during the journey.
